HOW ORDERS ARE MADE

Every item is printed on demand after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before your order ships. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship worldwide. Exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay - there are no surprises at the end.

DAMAGED, MISPRINTED, OR WRONG ITEM

We will replace it. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or completely wrong, contact us via the contact page with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement. You do not need to ship the damaged item back.

We are not able to offer replacements for sizing issues based on personal preference, so please check the size guide before ordering.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Because items are made to order, production can start within hours of your purchase. If you need to change or cancel, contact us via the contact page immediately. We will do everything we can, but we cannot guarantee changes once printing has started.
